Service Standard. We will provide the Services with due care and skill, the Services will be fit for the purpose that we advertise, and we will supply the Services within a reasonable time.

Service Standard. Servicer and (until completion of the Integration) SuperMedia shall use the degree of skill, care and diligence in the performance of the Services that an experienced, qualified, prudent and reputable provider of similar services under a similar services agreement would use acting in like circumstances in accordance with applicable industry standards and all Applicable Laws, including all data protection and privacy laws. Servicer and (until completion of the Integration) SuperMedia shall act honestly and in good faith in providing the Services and shall provide the Services to the Client Companies on a non-discriminatory basis and without xxxx-up or profit by Servicer or SuperMedia; provided that the Charges and Stewardship Costs may be marked up or provide a profit for Servicer if required by any Applicable Tax Law.
Service Standard. Subject to Section 1.2(ii) and any requirements set forth in the applicable Schedule(s), the Service Provider shall, and shall cause the respective members of the Service Provider’s Group or other Persons to, perform the Transition Services in compliance with applicable Law and with the same degree of care, skill and diligence and in substantially the same manner as corresponding services were provided to the Service Recipient during the twelve month period immediately prior to the Effective Date.

Service Standard. 7.3.1 The Service Provider will be required to meet the following service standards:  Providing monthly performance reports  Providing an annual performance review  Providing returns to external organisations within statutory timescales.  Ensuring 100% of complaints, FOIs, SARs etc are responded to within statutory timescales
