Temporary Substitution. (a) Employees who are designated to accept the principal responsibilities of a higher paying position shall receive substitution pay corresponding to the step of the level of the position being substituted to that is nearest to eight percent (8%) above the employee’s current salary or the minimum of the level being substituted to, whichever is greater, but not more than the top of the salary range of the position being substituted to.

Temporary Substitution. An employee temporarily assigned to classification of a Supervisory position for a period of two (2) hours or more shall be paid an hourly rate of 10% above the highest rate they supervise while acting in that capacity.

If restoration is required hereunder, Lessor shall contribute to the cost of such restoration that portion of its entire Award that is specifically allocated to such restoration in the judgment or order of the court, if any, and Lessee shall fund the balance of such costs in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lessor.
