Major Upgrade definition

Major Upgrade means an upgrade to the Software that is signified by a change in a version or release number. For clarity a Major Upgrade does not include any releases where a sub-version or patch number has changed.
Major Upgrade means new subsequent releases of iSpring software which significantly enhances the Software with qualitative changes in functionality and usability and which bears a new first numeral such as 8.0 or 9.0.
Major Upgrade means a functional enhancement, extension, or addition to the Software other than an Update requested by Customer that requires over four hours and up to ten hours of development work by Vendor. Collectively, Minor Upgrades and Major Upgrades are referred to as “Upgrades.”

Examples of Major Upgrade in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Maintenance and Support Services Agreement, iSpring shall provide the Services only with respect to one (1) most recent Major Upgrade of the Software.

  • If Customer wishes to be notified of changes to Maintenance Windows and Major Upgrade Windows, it must subscribe to receive notifications at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/maintenance-windows.

  • In addition, the Software Support and Upgrades may not be reinstated for an applicable Licensed Program if the Subscriber fails to obtain Software Support and Upgrades for any given time period and a Major Upgrade of the Licensed Program has been released during such period.


More Definitions of Major Upgrade

Major Upgrade. : means any analysis and development work lasting for more than two days, carried out by Alwaysdata for the Customer.
