Tender Documents definition

Tender Documents means the General and special conditions of contract (2.1.8) and tender specification (2.1.9).

Tender Documents means the documents identified as such in Part A - Introduction;

Tender Documents means Instruction to Tenderers, General Terms & Conditions, Special Terms & Conditions, Tender Specifications including drawings and all other documents issued to the bidder against invitation of bid.

• Should the clarification result in changes to the essential elements of the Tender Documents, the Procuring Entity shall amend the Tender Documents following the procedure under ITT 7.

• In case of an abnormally high tender price, the Procuring Entity shall make a survey of the market prices, check if the estimated cost of the contract is correct and review the Tender Documents to check if the specifications, scope of work and conditions of contract are contributory to the abnormally high tenders.

• Minutes of the pre-Tender meeting, if applicable, including the text of the questions asked by Xxxxxxxxx and the responses given, together with any responses prepared after the meeting, will be transmitted promptly to all Tenderers who have acquired the Tender Documents in accordance withITT 6.3. Minutes shall not identify the source of the questions asked.

• The Procuring Entity shall forward copies of its response to all tenderers who have acquired the Tender Documents in accordance with ITT 6.3, including a description of the inquiry but without identifying its source.

• X2.6 The Authority has supplied to the Supplier with its Tender Documents the Relevant Workforce Information affecting each of those employees of each Incumbent whom it is expected (if they remain in the employment of the Incumbent until immediately before the Commencement Date) would be Relevant Employees (First Employee List).

More Definitions of Tender Documents

Tender Documents means the NIT, Instructions to Tenderers, General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions, Price Schedule and Technical Specifications and drawing if any.

Tender Documents means these Terms, the Transfer and Trading Surrender Tender Rules and each applicable Tender Invitation Notice, Surrender Offer, Offer Withdrawal Notification and Acceptance Notification;

Tender Documents means any documents, including any Letters of Clarification, that you have submitted to us either in response to an invitation to tender with a view to obtaining this Contract and/or where you are seeking authority from us under this Contract (including authority to carry out specified work or any allocation of Matter Starts);

Tender Documents means the General and Special Conditions of Contract (10.8) and tender specification (10.9).

Tender Documents means those documents referred to in Sub-Clause 3.1 [Contents of Tender Documents], which have been issued to the Tenderer as part of this tender process and any addenda, clarification letters, notices or other communications issued by the Employer in connection with this tender process.

Tender Documents means the General Conditions of Contract (19.8) and Tender Specifications (19.9).

Tender Documents means those documents issued to the Tenderer as part of this tender process, as may be amended in accordance with any addendum issued by Sarawak Energy in accordance with these Instructions to Tenderers;
