Aanstellings Opvoeders wat deur die Beheerliggaam aangestel word, se aanstelling geskied op ‘n kontraktuele basis met relatiewe vryheid wat xxxxxxx word aan beide partye met betrekking tot die ooreenkoms behalwe dat die opvoeder ‘n SARO sertifikaat moet hê. Alle kontrakte moet aan die Wet op Basiese Diensvoorwaardes, Wet 75 van 1997 (WBDV) voldoen. ‘n Opsomming van diensvoorwaardes van Beheerliggaam aangestelde opvoeders verskyn op die SAOU se webtuiste. Hoofstuk 17.1.1 bevat verskeie webinare met betrekking tot Beheerliggaamaanstellings. | Appointments The appointment of educators by the School Governing Body takes place on a contractual basis with relative freedom granted to both parties with regard to the agreement, except that any educator must have a SACE certificate. All contracts must comply with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 75 of 1997 (BCEA) A summary of the conditions of service for educators appointed by the School Governing Body appears on our website. If you are not sure about any terms in your contract, you are welcome to send it to the SAOU to ensure the fairness thereof. Kindly refer to the checklist and webinar hosted on 2 July 2020 in Chapter 17.1.1 of the Manual for School Management in the SAOU MSM manual. Election of new Governing Bodies The contract signed with the previous Governing Body remains intact. The school as a legal entity is the employer.
