012 Right to Return. The member of the bargaining unit on parental leave must notify the Superintendent, in writing, by March 1 of his/her intent to return or not to return to his/her position for the coming school year. Under any other circumstances the member of the bargaining unit must give a minimum of 30 days notification to the Superintendent prior to returning to work.
