Salary Schedule Structure. The salary schedule for unit members is (approximately) two and one-half percent (2.5%) between ranges with five (5) lateral steps of five percent (5%) each. (See Appendices: 2021-2022 Salary Schedule) In the event that the schedule inadvertently loses this structure, the parties shall meet and negotiate how to rectify the misalignment.

Credit hour compensation will be paid not later than the second pay in November for hours and/or degrees submitted by October 15 for those courses taken during the preceeding school semester and summer, and no later than the second pay in March for hours anchor degrees submitted by February 15 for those courses taken during the first semester of the school year. Reimbursement for those hours and or new degree will be prorated 50% for the balance of the school year. Reimbursement will not be in a lump sum, but will be spread over the remaining pay days for that school year. Requests submitted after October 15 and/or February 15 will receive consideration on the next reimbursement date. It is further understood that reimbursement for additional hours past their current degree must have earned these hours after they have obtained current degrees.
