113 Service Agreement. The agreement, in the form of Attachment A to the ISO OATT or the ISO Services Tariff, and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by a Transmission Customer and the ISO for Transmission Service under the ISO OATT or between the ISO and a Customer for services under the ISO Services Tariff or any unexecuted Service Agreement, amendments or supplements thereto, that the ISO unilaterally files with the Commission.
