All work performed by members of the bargaining unit as part of their regular duties and responsibilities shall continue to be performed only by members of the bargaining unit. 2. Except as mutually agreed upon between the Board and the Union, the Board shall not contract out duties of the type and kind that would normally and regularly be performed by a teacher.
