Common use of 151 – 250 DAYS Clause in Contracts

151 – 250 DAYS. For a total number of sick days between one hundred fifty-one (151) to two hundred fifty (250) days, one day’s pay for each five accumulated days said days compensable at the rate of one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125) each effective July 1, 2004;
