1Affiliate Sample Clauses

1Affiliate. Affiliate shall mean any subsidiary of Construction Manager at Risk, and any other entity in which Construction Manager at Risk has a financial interest or which has a financial interest in Construction Manager at Risk (including without limitation parent companies, related businesses under the same holding company, or any other business controlled by, under common control with, or which controls Construction Manager at Risk).

1Affiliate. “Affiliate” shall mean a Person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, another specified Person. ​

  • Affiliate As used in this Agreement, the term “affiliate” shall mean any entity which owns or controls, is owned or controlled by, or is under common ownership or control with, Company.
