1Energy Delivery Point. The Energy Delivery Point shall be [the point of interconnection of the Project to the CAISO Grid at ________] (as described and set forth in the single-line diagram of grid interconnection attached hereto as Appendix 1.3. 1). Title and risk of loss related to Energy shall transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Energy Delivery Point. Notwithstanding the above, Seller acknowledges and agrees that any other agreement between it and Buyer, including any interconnection agreement, is separate and apart from this Agreement such that no other agreement shall modify or add to the Parties’ obligations under this Agreement.
