200 Safety. The Unions and their members recognize that client and employer safety rules have been established to ensure that no employees are harmed in the performance of the work. The Unions and their members shall at all times fully cooperate with the employer ensuring that safe work practices have been followed. The employees covered by the terms of this agreement shall at all times while in the employ of the Company be bound by the Safety Rules and Regulations as established by the Company and the Owner. These rules and regulations are to be published at conspicuous places throughout the plant. The Company will provide to the employees, such items of safety equipment and apparel as required by these Safety Rules and Regulations.
