2018 Long-Term Incentive Programs (. “LTIP”) Stock Grants/Awards. Employee will not receive any LTIP stock grants, stock awards or stock options for calendar year 2018. Capitalized terms used in this Paragraph 7 and not otherwise defined in this Agreement are used herein as defined in the applicable program award documentation. The payments provided under this Paragraph 7 shall be subject to applicable tax and payroll withholdings. Employee's financial rewards under the long-term incentive programs referenced above shall remain subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable award program documentation, as they may be amended from time to time. In the event of Employee's death, employee's financial rewards under the long-term incentive programs referenced above shall payable to Employee's estate.

  • Long-Term Incentive Programs The Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive compensation programs (including stock options and stock grants).

  • Long-Term Incentives The Company shall provide the Executive the opportunity to earn long-term incentive awards under the current equity and cash based plans and programs or replacements therefor at a level commensurate with the current aggregate opportunity being provided to the Executive.
