Common use of 260 Day Contracts Clause in Contracts

260 Day Contracts. a. In addition to the rights, obligations and benefits contained in this Negotiated Agreement, including those set forth above in Paragraph 1 for 220-day bargaining unit members, all bargaining unit members employed under 260-day contracts shall receive twenty (20) days of vacation during a given contract year. If hired after the start of the contract year, such bargaining unit teachers shall be entitled to a prorated number of vacation days rounded to the nearest full day.
