31 PICKET LINE PROTECTION. 31.1 Teachers who for personal reasons refuse to cross a duly constituted picket line, arising out of the Labour Relations Code, shall not be in violation of this Agreement and shall not be subject to disciplinary action but shall be considered "absent without pay".
