Teachers-Teaching on Call placed on the Teacher Teaching on Call list after July 1, 2002, who are not covered by 1.3 above, shall be paid a daily rate according to the provisions of the Column A agreement.

The District shall make every reasonable effort to increase the amount of collaboration time available to professional employees within the normal work day.
