401(a) Savings Plan. a. The School Corporation has established and maintains the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township’s 401(a) Savings Plan ("401(a) Savings Plan"). The provisions for such a program are set forth in this Section and in the plan document. This Plan will be a 401(a) qualified plan.
