4me Technical and Organizational Measures. 4me shall maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures for protection of the security (including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration or damage, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data), confidentiality, integrity and availability of Customer Data, as set forth in the 4me TOMs. 4me regularly reviews compliance with these TOMs as well as subprocessors’ compliance with their technical and organizational measures. 4me may update or modify the 4me TOMs from time to time provided that such updates and modifications do not materially decrease the overall security of the Service.
