A. CALL BACK PAY. A minimum of three (3) hours compensation at the premium rate will be granted for an off-duty employee called back to work and thereafter, compensation shall be on an hour-for-hour basis. Compensation at the premium rate may be in cash, compensatory time off, or a combination thereof, at the discretion of the Fire Chief.
