Call Back From Vacation. (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.
(b) When, during any vacation period, an employee is recalled to duty, he/she shall be reimbursed for all expenses incurred thereby by himself/herself, in proceeding to his/her place of duty and in returning to the place from which he/she was recalled upon resumption of vacation, upon submission of receipts (except for meals) to the Employer.
(c) Time necessary for travel in returning to his/her place of duty and returning again to the place from which he/she was recalled shall not be counted against his/her remaining vacation entitlement.
Call Back From Vacation. (a) When, during any vacation period, an employee agrees to be recalled to duty, the employee shall be reimbursed for all expenses incurred thereby, both by the employee and, where applicable, the employee's family in proceeding to the place of duty and in returning to the place from which the employee was recalled upon resumption of vacation, upon submission of receipts (except for meals) to the Employer.
(b) Time necessary for travel in returning to the place of duty and returning again to the place from which the employee was recalled shall not be counted against any remaining vacation entitlement.
(c) In lieu of the provisions of (a) and (b) above, the employee so recalled from vacation may elect an additional vacation entitlement of five working days.

Call Back From Vacation. An Employee called back from vacation shall be paid at two times (2x) her regular rate of pay for all hours worked. Upon completion of the work that the Employee had been called back to perform, the Employee may, at her discretion, resume and complete the remainder of the scheduled vacation days or, by mutual agreement, reschedule unused vacation to be taken at a later date. Where the Employer requires an Employee to cancel scheduled vacation as provided in Article 13.06, the Employee shall immediately notify the Employer of any associated unrecoverable cost that the Employee will experience. The Employer will reimburse the Employee for such reasonable and actual cost, where supported by receipts or other satisfactory proof.
Call Back From Vacation. An Employee called back from her annual vacation leave shall be paid at the rate of two times (2x) her regular rate of pay for all hours so worked. Vacation days so worked shall be rescheduled.

Call Back From Vacation a) Employees who have commenced their vacation shall not be called back to work, except by mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer, in which case the period of postponed vacation shall be rescheduled to a time mutually agreed by the Employer and the employee.
b) In the event that an employee is called back to work from a vacation the Employer will reimburse the employee for any direct cost incurred as a result of the call back.
Call Back From Vacation. Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work except in cases of extreme emergency. If such occurs, an employee shall receive two times (2x) the applicable rate of pay for all hours worked and shall receive the vacation period so displaced rescheduled with pay at a mutually agreeable time. All reasonable travel expenses incurred shall be reimbursed to the employee.
Call Back From Vacation. Employees authorized to work during their scheduled vacation period shall receive two (2) times their regular hourly rate of pay for each hour worked in addition to normal vacation pay.
Call Back From Vacation. (1) Employees shall not normally be called back to work from a scheduled vacation. In the event an employee is required to appear in court during a scheduled vacation and the court appearance is outside the employee’s normally scheduled shift, the employee shall be compensated in accordance with the call back provisions of this section.
(2) The Department and the CAHP are mutually concerned about the possible inconvenience to an employee who is required to appear in court during a scheduled paid vacation. The Department will work with commanders to ensure reasonable efforts are made to minimize those instances wherein an employee is required to appear in court while on a scheduled vacation.
