A Change Control Note signed by the Customer and by the Supplier shall constitute an amendment to this agreement. SCHEDULE 2 PROCESSING, PERSONAL DATA AND DATA SUBJECTS 1. Processing by the Supplier 1.1 Scope Edge processing of videos to extract anonymous data. This process will not produce any personal data, however the following ancillary processes may contain personal data (although this is not their intent): • Gathering of short (less than 1 hour) videos to validate the accuracy of the data anonymisation. These will be at a low resolution such as to avoid them containing any personal data. Provided they do not contain personal data, they can be shared with the Customer. • Gathering of occasional photos to ensure that the sensor field of view is clear from obstruction and clean. Provided they do not contain personal data, they can be shared with the Customer. • Gathering of occasional photos to test and improve the anonymisation algorithms None of these processes require any personal data to be shared with the Customer. The Supplier will carry out a Privacy Impact Assessment on each of the three processes. Where possible these processes will be carried out in such a way that they will not include personal data. With the exception of journey time sensors (which require a more zoomed lens), each of these processes can be carried out at a sufficiently low resolution that no personal data will be present in the images captured.
