A-E’S PERSONNEL. A. Assigning Personnel Throughout the term of this Agreement, the A-E shall provide those personnel qualified to perform the required Scope of Services upon the Project. Upon request by COUNTY, A-E shall submit a staff authorization request for proposed personnel and for a given job classification, upon which COUNTY will render a decision on whether the proposed personnel meets the qualifications sought under the Agreement.
