A-E’S PERSONNEL. A. Assigning Personnel: Throughout the term of this Agreement, the A-E shall provide those personnel qualified to perform the required Scope of Services upon the CIP Projects assigned to A-E. Upon request by COUNTY, A-E shall submit a staff authorization request for proposed personnel and for a given job classification, upon which COUNTY will render a decision on whether the proposed personnel meets the qualifications sought under the Agreement. A- E shall also provide such fully-qualified administrative, managerial, clerical, secretarial and other support personnel as are necessary, and approved by JWA. A- E shall furnish the necessary personnel to complete the services on a timely basis in accordance with the requirements for any given Project. A-E shall have the authority to commit A-E’s resources as needed and as requested by JWA. A-E shall not bill the COUNTY for the services of any personnel not assigned to the Project without the COUNTY’s prior written approval of the person by name and the person’s specific hourly billing rate.
