A Health Spending Account. (HSA) will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the HEB Manitoba plan. Employee eligibility will be determined in accordance with the Plan. The annual (January 1 to December 31) HSA benefit amounts shall be: Monies not utilized in one year cannot be carried over to the subsequent year.
