A Joint Roofing. Adjustment Board shall be formed of four (4) members nominated by the Provincial Roofing Trade Advisory committee of the Construction Labour Relations Association and four (4) members nominated by the Union who shall meet as required by either of these organizations. Members of the Joint Roofing Adjustment Board shall not be directly involved in such alleged unfair labour practice or grievance as outlined in Article 41.
