The CM understands that these documents complement each other and it is their responsibility to review all disciplines for discrepancies and that the CM and their subcontractors will be liable for omissions as a result of these discrepancies and, at the discretion of the Owner’s Representative, may not be compensated for them if not brought to the Owner/Design Professional’s attention prior to the acceptance of the GMP.
