Common use of A MINIMUM WAGE FOR CONTRACTORS Clause in Contracts

A MINIMUM WAGE FOR CONTRACTORS. a. This Contract is subject to Executive Order 13658, the regulations issued by the Secretary of Labor in 29 CFR part 10 pursuant to the Executive Order, and specifically to all the provisions set forth in Appendix A to 29 CFR part 10. The Contractor shall pay to workers, while performing in the United States, and performing on, or in connection with, this contract, the applicable minimum wage per the Executive Order. Accordingly, Appendix A is hereby incorporated by reference and has the same force and effect as if set forth in full in this contract.
