A nnual Incentive. In addition to Annual Base Salary, the Executive shall earn annual incentive compensation (the "Annual Incentive") for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, at least equal to that available to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies. Each such Annual Incentive shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Incentive is awarded, unless the Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Incentive. In the event the Executive is terminated during the Employment Period, the Executive's Annual Incentive for the most recent year shall be prorated for the portion of that year that the Executive worked in the manner set forth in Section 6(a)(i)(A)(2).
