Peer Executives definition

Peer Executives means, at any given time, the other persons employed by the Company or any of the Affiliated Companies who were, immediately before the Effective Date, party to agreements with the Company substantially in the form of this Agreement.
Peer Executives means the Executive Chairman and Senior Vice Presidents of the Company, if such positions exist, and if such positions do not exist, the definition of the term “peer executives” shall be determined by the Board or the Committee in good faith.
Peer Executives means the most senior executives of the Company.

  • During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any retirement plans available to other Bank employees similarly situated to Executive (“Peer Executives”), and on the same basis as such Peer Executives, subject to eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of each such plan; provided that nothing herein shall limit the ability of Bank to amend, modify, or terminate any such plans at any time and from time to time.

  • During the Term, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies, and programs provided by Bank, if any, to the extent available to other Peer Executives and subject to eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of each such plan; provided that nothing herein shall limit the ability of Bank to amend, modify, or terminate any such benefit plans, policies, or programs at any time and from time to time.

  • During the Term, and subject to Section 12 hereof, Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by Executive in the course of performing Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this LEGAL02/43757235v4 Agreement, in accordance with the policies, practices, and procedures of Bank to the extent available to other Peer Executives with respect to travel and other business expenses.

  • During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any long-term or equity incentive plans available to other Peer Executives, and on the same basis as such Peer Executives, subject to eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of each such plan; provided that nothing herein shall limit the ability of Company and/or Bank to amend, modify or terminate any such plans at any time and from time to time.


More Definitions of Peer Executives

Peer Executives means the Executive Vice Presidents of the Employer other than the Executive.
Peer Executives. For purposes of this Agreement, references to "peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies" shall refer only to Executives based in the United States.

In addition to the Base Salary, Employee shall be eligible to earn, for each fiscal year of Company, a target annual incentive bonus equal to [115% FOR CEO] [90% FOR CHIEF ADMIN OFFICER] [75% FOR ALL OTHER EVPs] [INSERT TARGET BONUS] of Employee’s Base Salary (“Target Bonus”), which bonus shall be based on achieving targeted performance goals as determined in advance by Compensation Committee.
