A Special Resolution to. (a) amend this Trust Deed in accordance with clause 14; or (b) wind up the Trust in accordance with clause 15; (c) exercise a permission right under the amended Deed of Agreement in accordance with clause 3.22; or (d) exercise or give effect to any other matter the Trustees consider significant in accordance with clause 3.3, shall only be passed as set out in this Schedule.
