Common use of A time limit for Termination Clause in Contracts

A time limit for Termination. To the extent that a time limit for exercising the right to terminate this Order is not set forth by the mandatory Law, the notice of termination of this Order must be delivered within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of the event which is the basis of the right to terminate this Order, however such notice may not be delivered later than ten (10) years from the date of issuance of this Order.
