Ohio Preference The Recipient shall, to the extent practicable, use and shall cause all of its Contractors and subcontractors to use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in connection with the Project pursuant to Section 164.05(A)(6) of the Revised Code;
Domestic Preference The Borrower may grant a margin of preference in the evaluation of bids under international competitive bidding in accordance with paragraphs 2.55(a) and 2.56 of the Procurement Guidelines for domestically manufactured Goods.
RECIPROCAL PREFERENCE In the event the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted in response to any Invitation for Bids is by a bidder whose principal place of business is in a county other than Orange County, and such county grants a bid preference for purchases to a bidder whose principal place of business is in such county, then Orange County may award a preference to the (next) lowest responsive and responsible bidder having a principal place of business within Orange County, Florida. Vacation Preference (a) Preference in the selection and allocation of vacation time shall be determined within each work unit on the basis of service seniority. Where an employee chooses to split their vacation, their second choice of vacation time shall be made only after all other employees concerned have made their initial selection. (b) Regular vacations shall have priority over carried over vacation time during the prime time vacation period.
Designation and Number of Shares The shares of such series shall be designated as "Series A Participating Cumulative Preferred Stock" (the "Series A Preferred Stock"), and the number of shares constituting such series shall be 100,000.
