Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.
Card Expiration The Card will expire no sooner than the date printed on the back of it. You will not be able to use the Card after the expiration date; however, a replacement will be automatically mailed to you prior to the expiration of the soon-to-expire Card. If you need a replacement for any reason other than at the time of the Card’s expiration, you may request one at any time by following the procedures in the sub-section above captioned “Card Replacement.”
Policy Renewal/Expiration At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any policy required by this Contract, evidence of renewal or replacement policies of insurance with terms no less favorable to OGS than the expiring policies shall be delivered to OGS in the manner required for service of notice in Paragraph A.3.
COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This instrument is executed as of the date of last signature and is effective for five years from that date, at which time it will expire unless extended.

POST EXPIRATION INTERIM SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS 6.1. No later than one-hundred sixty (160) Days prior to the End Date, CLEC will provide Embarq notice to commence negotiations pursuant to §§251 and 252 of the Act for terms, conditions and rates for a successor agreement to be effective on or before the End Date.
Contract Expiration / Automatic Renewal At the end of its term, this Agreement will expire, or at Energy Harbor’s option, automatically renew for a term less than or equal to its initial term unless you affirmatively cancel the Agreement. If this is a renewal Agreement and you do not affirmatively cancel as outlined in your notice of renewal, then your Retail Electric Service from Energy Harbor will automatically renew as outlined in your notice of renewal. Termination or Expiration (a) No termination of this Lease prior to the normal ending thereof, by lapse of time or otherwise, shall affect Landlord's right to collect rent for the period prior to termination thereof.
Policy Renewal/Expiration Upon policy renewal/expiration, evidence of renewal or replacement of coverage that complies with the insurance requirements set forth in this Contract shall be delivered to OGS. If, at any time during the term of this Contract, the coverage provisions and limits of the policies required herein do not meet the provisions and limits set forth in this Contract, or proof thereof is not provided to OGS, the Contractor shall immediately cease work.
