ABC and pSRC Contributions. The contributions of the Parties, including payment schedules, if applicable, are set forth in Appendix B. ABC shall not be obligated to perform any of the research specified herein or to take any other action required by this Agreement, if the funding is not provided as set forth in Appendix B. ABC shall return excess funds to PSRC when it sends its final fiscal report pursuant to Article 5.2, except for staffing support pursuant to Article 10.3.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.
