ABIDE BY PROVISIONS. It is agreed that an employee shall not be assigned to such positions in a trainee status, nor shall an employee be rotated in and out of such assignment, nor shall the COUNTY request individual waiver for employees solely for the purpose of evading the provisions of this section.
