Common use of Ability to Bump Clause in Contracts

Ability to Bump. Upon the PCAE’s decision to reduce or eliminate a SRSEA staff position, the laid off employee’s ability to bump other SRSEA staff members will be determined by: a) seniority in the SRSEA local unit, and b) licensure to teach in the program area.
