Common use of Ability to Obtain Other Employment Clause in Contracts

Ability to Obtain Other Employment. Employee acknowledges that (1) in the event of the termination of his employment with Employer (whether voluntary or involuntary), Employee’s knowledge, experience and capabilities are such that Employee can obtain employment in business activities which are of a different and non-competing nature than those performed in the course of his employment with Employer or in the geographic areas outside of the Territory and (2) the enforcement of a remedy hereunder including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, will not prevent Employee from earning a reasonable livelihood.

Ability to Obtain Other Employment.
