Common use of Ability to Obtain Other Employment Clause in Contracts

Ability to Obtain Other Employment. Employee hereby represents that Employee’s experience and capabilities are such that in the event Employee’s employment with the Company is terminated, Employee will be able to obtain employment if Employee so chooses during the period of non-competition following the termination of employment described above without violating the terms of this Agreement, and that the enforcement of this Agreement by injunction, as described below, will not prevent Employee from becoming so employed.
