ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT. 1.1 We agree to provide you with the Managed Print Services specified in the Application. 1.2 This Agreement is not legally binding on us unless and until we accept your Application, which we may do or refuse to do at our sole discretion. 1.3 We will be deemed to have accepted your Application if we notify you in writing that we accept your Application.
