Abridging Existing Rights. Any rule which would require Owners to dispose of personal property being kept on the Properties shall apply prospectively only and shall not require the removal of any property which was being kept on the Properties prior to the adoption of such rule and which was in compliance with all rules in force at such time. The limitations in this Section 12.4 shall apply to rules only; they shall not apply to amendments to this Declaration adopted in accordance with Section 18.2.

Abridging Existing Rights. No rule shall require an Owner to dispose of personal property that was in or on a Unit prior to the adoption of such rule and which was in compliance with all rules previously in force This dispensation shall apply only for the duration of such Owner's ownership of the Unit personally, and this right shall not run with title to any Unit.
