ABSENCE DUE TO AN ILLNESS. Employees absent due to an illness covered under the terms of Article 7.1 (Weekly Indemnity) or Workers Compensation will not be required to pay premiums for medical or dental coverage. Any such premium will be paid in full by the Company.
