Absence for other Judicial Proceedings. When an administrator is required to appear in court or for any other judicial or administrative proceeding, leave with full pay (as necessary to comply with the order) shall be granted, provided the appearance is in some way connected with the professional duties and responsibilities of the administrator. Appearances which are not in the line of duty will be judged on their individual merits by the Superintendent.
