Common use of Academic Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Academic Eligibility. Residents who did not have Occupancy during Spring 2023 must be registered for and complete a minimum of four PSU credit hours of coursework during the Contract Term.

Academic Eligibility. Residents who did not have Occupancy during Spring 2023 2021 must be registered for and complete a minimum of four PSU credit hours of coursework during the Contract Term.
