Academic Regalia Sample Clauses

Academic Regalia. The University shall supply at no cost to Faculty members academic gowns, hoods, and hats for participation in all academic ceremonies. The Faculty member shall be responsible for maintaining the assigned academic regalia and for returning it to the University upon separation of employment. Faculty members who separate after less than ten (10) years of employment agree to return the regalia or reimburse the University for the cost as determined by the University bookstore.
Academic Regalia. The parties agree that divisions, at the discretion of and with the agreement of the members, may reimburse members for the cost of rental of academic regalia used at the annual University commencement. Reimbursement will be made from the division services and supplies budget, as funds are available.
Academic Regalia. Where the College requires bargaining unit members to attend any ceremonial functions that require academic regalia, the College will provide appropriate caps, gowns and hoods at no cost to the employee.
