Common use of Academic Requirements Clause in Contracts

Academic Requirements. A. College students who transfer to UNI-Flint under this Agreement must meet the graduation requirements for the applicable program, as set forth in the UNI-Flint catalog in use at the time of their transfer. College students are required to complete at least forty-five (45) institutional hours at UM-Flint. A grade of"C" (2.0) or better is required of courses for transfer to UM-Flint.

College LCC students who transfer to UNIUM-Flint under this Agreement must meet the graduation requirements for the applicable program, as set forth in the UNIUM-Flint catalog in use at the time of their oftheir transfer. College LCC students are required to complete at least forty-five (45) institutional hours at UM-Flint. A grade of"C" (2.0) or better is required of courses ofcourses for transfer to UM-Flint.

College students are required to complete at least forty-five thirty (4530) institutional hours at UM-Flint, fifteen (15) of which will be awarded as UM-Flint institutional credit with validation of unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license within the United States. A grade of"C" (2.0) or better is required of courses for transfer to UM-Flint.
