The Academy shall open as a school on 17th August 2011 1 October 2013 replacing the Blue maintained school known as Xxxxxxx Primary School which shall cease to be maintained by the Local Authority on that date, which date shall be the conversion date within the meaning of the Academies Xxx 0000.
