Common use of Acceptability of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Acceptability of Insurance. Insurance shall be placed with insurers with a Bests’ rating of not less than A:VI. Self-insured retentions, policy terms or other variations that do not comply with the requirements of this Section 11 must be declared to and approved by the AUTHORITY in writing prior to execution of this Agreement.
