ACCEPTABLE EXPENSES. (1) Tuition and registration fees. (2) Course materials, except textbooks. (3) Workbooks (non-reusable). (4) Rental of classroom facilities. (5) Rental and purchase of training aids and devices. (6) Salaries, fees, transportation, meals and lodging of instructors. Usually this applies only to non-employees, but special cases may include ODOT/OPRD employees used as instructors. (7) Instructor’s guides or textbooks used as instructor’s guides. (8) Services such as graphics, slide development, script-writing, etc., used in connection with production of training programs.
