Acceptance as Payment in Full. Contractor shall accept reimbursement or payment from DSHS as payment in full for services or goods provided to clients. Contractor agrees to not seek additional reimbursement or payment for services or goods from clients.

Acceptance as Payment in Full. Except as permitted in the Fees for Personal Health Services section of the Services Article of these General Provisions or under 25 Tex. Admin. Code § 444.413, Contractor shall accept reimbursement or payment from DSHS as payment in full for services or goods provided to clients or participants, and Contractor shall not seek additional reimbursement or payment for services or goods from clients or participants or charge a fee or make a profit with respect to the Contract. A fee or profit is considered to be an amount in excess of actual allowable costs that are incurred in conducting an assistance program.
